In Statement B (June 2025), he refers to the coalition as 'the coalition of 61,' implying it holds only a bare majority of 61 MKs. Both statements describe the size of the same governing coalition, but assign it different numeric values. This could reflect a genuine change in coalition composition over the intervening months (defections, realignments), which would be a context_changed scenario, but since Lapid himself previously asserted 64 and now asserts 61 about the same coalition without acknowledging a change, it registers as a numeric conflict.
