By using VeriVote you agree to these terms. VeriVote provides political statement tracking and contradiction detection as an informational service.

2. Service Description

VeriVote uses AI to detect contradictions in public political statements. All comparisons are sourced from verifiable public records and undergo human review for high-confidence findings.

3. Fair Use

Statement excerpts are used under fair use for commentary and criticism. Full transcripts link to original sources. No full articles or copyrighted content is reproduced.

4. User Conduct

Users may not alter quotes in generated clips, remove source attribution, or use VeriVote content to harass individuals. Violation results in account suspension.

5. Disclaimer

VeriVote presents factual comparisons without editorial opinion. Sentiment scores reflect aggregated public signals and should not be interpreted as endorsements or disapprovals.

6. Dispute Process

Officials or representatives may dispute any contradiction via our disputes page. We commit to reviewing disputes within 48 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

VeriVote is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on our data.
